“Build your own Feria de Abril” is a Team Building designed by CENARTE for those programs that require special dynamism and interaction among participants. It is an activity that will test the ability to solve problems, peer cooperation, social skills of the participants in an unfamiliar city, talent, adaptation to unexpected situations, and overall leadership capacities.
All this, using the theme of “Feria de Abril” in Seville, its customs, its culture, and its people, because in much of the Team Building will maintain a direct and close contact with sevillans, who will make company to the participants through the event “Feria de Abril” that they have prepared for the day. The Team Building will be developed in two phases: Preparation and Pescaito Night. During the preparation phase, participants will learn all the secrets of the Feria de Abril, and contribute to build the Fair to enjoy in the second phase, Pescaíto Night. To this, we will provide different modes of transportation such horse carriages in different parts of the city, Segways through the narrow streets of Santa Cruz … They used public locations (squares, streets, etc. ..) and private (neighbouring pens, flamenco tablaos, wineries …) … and meet musicians, artists, and sevillians , which ease you into the world of the “feria de Abril” through the gastronomy of that date, the dance and music, dress, customs, how to relate to one another, and how the Sevillians have fun in our great party …
It will be a day in which prime no haste and speed, but the quality of learning, the temple, and sensitivity. It is not a race, but to show the rest of the participants willingness to learn new traditions, the ability to break with the roles we have assigned to the company, the talent to compete with their peers, and all at the same time to participate actively in the preparation of a joint event that they all enjoy.
